Shipping and Returns

Guitars are shipped via FedEx, insured. Higher-end guitars are shipped via UPS, insured. Pedals, strings, slides, etc., are shipped via USPS, insured.

Refunds on items eligible for return are accepted within 30 days of receipt. New guitar pedals that are returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Used items and items on consignment (including Berly Guitars) are sold as is and eligible for return only if they arrive in a condition other than described. We must receive notification of the return of a used or consignment item within 48 hours of the date the item was received. Items must be returned unopened/unused, with tags, in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return has been arranged through Moon Music Pro.
