Fuzz Imp Obtainium Overdrive

An ALL NEW Fuzz Imp offering: Obtainium is a rich sounding, ultra-responsive “tube” feeling booster/drive pedal. Available in Black/White and Neon (Black/Blue/Pink). Tons of output boost on tap that sounds very rich and responsive with a slight squish and compression as you increase the volume control. The Mid control is a proprietary op-amp-driven active mid that in this circuit goes from warm and slightly scooped fully left to a rich, almost-vintage–Top Boost chimey articulation when cranked. Up until noon with lower output pickups the gain control can stay fairly clean; in fact, this pedal is the “cleanest” in the majority of its gain range of any Fuzz Imp pedal.

Dial everything in and it’s something like a cranked old Plexi on the bright channel. Rich, raw, boosted, fun territory.
